"We had a wonderful vacation at this hotel. Our room was clean, well stocked, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel was better than we thought it would be for the price! The heated pool was nice, loved the beach view from the balcony, we could open the balcony door at night and listen to the waves crash. We will stay at this hotel every time we go to Daytona!"

"Just loved your quant and charming beachfront hotel!! It was absolutely hassle free getting from room to pool to beach in just a few minutes... easy and convenient not having to wait for an elevator! Your rooms were clean and comfortable, very nice to have a little kitchen too. Staff and work crews were friendly and welcoming. Your outdoor areas, pool, patio, and gardens were all lovely. What a relief to stay in such a quiet and hassle free location, compared to the busy big places down the beach... I very much appreciated my morning coffee in your comfortable lounge chairs next to the beach at sunrise! Thank you for offering such a nice beach front place."

"All I can say is WOW..!! My husband took me here for my birthday (May 19th-22nd) and it was the Absolute BEST 3 nights of my life.! The staff was Wonderful, the view was Amazing, & we met a lot of REALLY Nice people there as well.! We Definitely will be making this our yearly getaway spot, EVERY YEAR FOR SURE..! I didn't want to leave, it was SO BEAUTIFUL.!"

"This hotel is the BEST! The appliances need updating, but it is CLEAN and well kept! The office gal is very accommodating. She called after receiving our reservation and special request to advise us that we would have to change rooms after the first night. She did this in case we wanted to cancel due to having to change rooms. After our first night there she had housekeeper clean our new room first thing and bring us the keys so we could change rooms and have the rest of the day free.
We loved the rooms! Room 202 had a kichenette and separate living room area with a large balcony. We almost hated to change rooms, but 209 faced the pool and ocean. But it didn't have the separate living room area. The pool was sparkling clean with a gas grill in the pool bar area. We WILL be back soon!"

"Wife and I took our kids to this hotel years ago and loved it so much, we returned June 2017 staying over a week renting 2 rooms. We not only had our kids (now in their 30s) but our grand kids too. Three generations, together enjoying the Daytona Beach area all from the Flamingo Inn. The rooms are clean, microwaves, fridge, coffee, pool with cabana right on Daytona Beach. Staff are awesome and I even did a council meeting (skype) from my room on their wifi service. Grocery store close by and guest laundry onsite. The views both in the morning and evening are absolutely breath taking. Our family is middle america average and this gem makes us feel at home, highly recommend making your memories here as we have over the years.. Thank you Flamingo Inn for another great stay, this time for 3 generations of our family, you folks are great!!!! Matt & Rena, sons, daughter inlaw, and the grand kids.."

"I’ll keep this as short and as sweet as possible. The room was cleaned well by Hana-but other than that the Flamingo has gone down hill over the years. The reservation was incorrect, and we were up charged from an oceanfront room to a room that felt like a hole in the wall-which makes no sense-we know. The oceanfront option isn’t even really ocean front, it’s a window. The kitchenette was a dorm mini fridge with a microwave on top of it. It’s laughable at best. The front desk agent was very clearly uninterested in her job and therefore poor at it. We have been here every year for the past 4 or 5 years and we understand it’s a hotel that’s much cheaper than the average-but slumming it and telling ourselves it’s “quaint” is a thing of the past. The owners clearly have no interest in bettering the hotel’s appearance, amenities, or profits because no potential has been met or is in sight of being met. I would pay extra just so the owners could attend a business class and maybe one in hospitality. Thank you"

"Loved it here; very comfortable. Lush, tropical feel with large balconies, nice view even from the side. Never had to worry about towels; Hana always made sure. I appreciated her pleasant and caring personality. Where I’m at now is supposedly more “upscale” with no housekeeping services. You wash your own towels! And “thank you” to the Front Desk lady for being so gracious and helpful."
